Hey Cloud Catcher,
Thanks so much for remembering Jewls birthday - we had all remembered, and were kind of in trouble because we had forgotten my husband's birthday the
day before!
She continues to bring our family much delight and joy and we would be at a total loss without her now.
I have included some photo's of her taken over the last couple of months. We had a family holiday down on the coast of Victoria just after Christmas this year and took Jewls with us. She loved the beach and slept better than all of us at the end of each day.
Let's see how the memory is - she came to the footy with us each Saturday throughout last year's footy season, we drove to our home-ground oval about two weeks ago and she got so excited - I bet she thought footy season was on again!
Our two boys play cricket during the summer and she often joins us then, though it is much to her annoyance that they wn't let her be one of the fielders. A job she is more than capable of filling.
One of the highlights of our day is when we walk in the door after work/school and she is there to greet us.
Regards,

Hello Cloud Catcher,
We are all in love with our new addition to our family. Lila is now four months old and nearly weighs 7 kilograms. She is best mates with our 2 year old daughter and recently turned one year old son. I was a bit worried when our baby boy was saying "Lila" before he could say "Ma Ma". The two kids just light up like a christmas tree when Lila is with them. She is like a big scrumptious teddy bear and doesn't mind a cuddle ot two.
I can't believe how smart Lila is. She passed puppy school with flying colours and we are now going to consolidation classes ( stage in between obedience training). It is funny that one of the trainers is always trying to explain to the other dogs that Lila is not a sheep. We have been doing "clicker" training which is the same method used to train dolphins. It is all based on positive reinforcement and Lila has responded really well and it is helping her develop into a very calm and well mannered family member.
Cloud Catcher, I remember you saying that I have to be one step ahead of this particular litter as they are very, very smart. Well, my vet told me that Lila should be in a circus as she is so intelligent (she even wees on command). Not only has Lila got the brains, but also a gorgeous personality, she is definitely the "life of the Parti". She has the most beautiful green eyes and strangers are always commenting on her colouring and her stunning peepers.
I thought you would love to see some recent photos of our girl. It is amazing how many people have come up to me and asked me where I got Lila from. I am always happy to tell them and I always recommend a Labradoodle to anyone wanting a new fury friend.
Thank you for giving us a beauty.

Dear Cloud Catcher,
Hope all is well in Labradoodle Land, I have only just learnt how to send photos on computer, hence the delay. Dougal is perfect,.hard to believe he will soon be 4 months old. Were happy, the vets happy - (he coments on the fact he is such a wonderful dog with no problems) and most important & knew you would like to know - Dougal is happy. Follows me everywhere, if I shut the toilet door he sits behind and sooks, if I let him in while havng a bath he wants to jump in and join me, No !! I don't let him. When making the bed he wants to help and although everything takes me twice as long it is much more fun.
Before buying him I had many friends sayi "he will tie you down & you wont be able to go away", well now I have a bunch of people wanting me to go away so as they can look after him. Have only been away 2 seperate nights & he has stayed with Matthews mum 'Beth', (Dougals Grandma). She loves him to bits and is happy that she can borrow him & has assured me if I were to ever depart earth that he would stay in the family & be in good hands Dougal has been driven in a Limo, played on the beach, invited to a party, allowed in taxis & has more toys than I ever had.
Yes he is spoilt yet I'm sure you will be relieved to know that I know and constantly remind him "you are a dog !!!!!". Dougal is off to get a haicut this Friday and we will most likely be moving within the next month although just around the corner. I have moved many times & am dreading it and although with Dougals help it's likely to take me twice as long,
I'm sure it will be twice the fun, if not he can go to Grandma's.
Love & best wishes from Jacqui (Yamba).

Hi Cloud Catcher,
We are having a wonderful time with Maximus (Max for short). He has settled well and he and Wookie are great pals. He is so confident and cheeky, ambushing Wookie at every opportunity. He leaps on top of her and then scampers away with Wookie chasing after him I've never seen her so happy.
He loves to dig in the garden and gets very deep, very quickly! He hasn't had ANY accidents which amazes everyone. But Wookie didn't either! My other dog owner pals say that it must be your special genetic mix or cellular memory!! Certainly THE easiest pups I've ever had. Wookie has the longest Orange eyelashes which I tell the other dog owners don't believe are real!
They are at least an inch long. I tell them that I stick them on at 4pm every day, just to make them jealous! I have met new people who greet me with "Ah, this is the dog with the eyelashes". We tell everyone about Cloud Catcher because we're asked constantly. Of all the Labradoodles here in Turramurra, and there are lots of Spoodles, Groodles, etc., Wookie is by far the most friendly and most beautiful. Her coat is envied by all and once touched, people can't keep their hands off her.
She's a showstopper and everyone's 'next dog'. She's the Elle McPherson of puppydom, for sure. I will send some more pictures in a few weeks to show you how Maximus has grown. Max has been to the park with my vet's permission, but stays on our laps/arms while Wookie plays. He has met lots of vaccinated dogs and is socialising easily. I thought Wookie was calm but he is truly amazing. He waits patiently while I do chores and is happy to play by himself or settle into his crate for a nap.
Our Grandchildren (and children, of course) think he's a riot, so funny and bright. He already responds to his name, 'sit' 'down' 'come' on command....what a champion - hence the name...
Once again, thanks Cloud Catcher.
Keep up the good work.
I do have a birthday every year and you never know.......
Regards Jan

Hi Cloud Catcher
Just a brief note to let you know that Indiana is flourishing (as you can see from the attached photo). He's very fiesty, as befitting an alpha male,
but very lovable too. He went to his first Puppy School class last week
and enjoyed himself so much running around with the other puppies that he slept nearly all of the folowing day! He weighs in at 7.2kg now and is growing like Jack's beanstalk. I hope the other owners of his litter mates are as happy as I am.
I'll keep in touch
Regards
Lesley

Hi Cloud Catcher,
I am happy yo Lesley information on Cadbury x Bubble mating. All I can say is I own the happiest and most beautiful dog in the enitre world. Summer is fabulous, she is now 7.5 months and her personality still suprises me. Summer takes everything in her stride, is always wagging her tail even when I take her for walks. She plays with our maltese terrier who is probably 1 tenth her size and never hurts her.
She gives so much love and affection, I feel so lucky to have her. I have had that many comments about how wonderful my dog is. All I can say is that Cloud Catcher you have done a fabulous job and when I have more space I am going to get another labradoodle off you. I am hooked, if another dog is half the dog Summer is (although from what I have learnt about the breed, I am sure it will be just as amazing) I will be truly lucky. Thanks for giving me the perfect present, she just keeps on giving and giving.
Victoria
P.s: Summer had entropion as a puppy, it was corrected when she was desexed and I have not had a problem since. Cloud Catcher did such a good job in looking after her and I know were I am getting my next dog from, hopefully not too far into the future.

Hi Cloud Catcher,
I thought of sending you these photos now that Chula turned 3months. She is such a good girl, first week I had her in my bedroom and we had to get up a couple of times during the night so she could go out side, the weather was terrible rain rain and more rain it didn’t bother her I can’t say the same for me , Now she sleeps in the laundry all night by 5.00am she lets me know it’s time to go out, a few accidents the first two weeks but it was to be expected.
She is learning fast, gets very excited when she hears the door bell, all my clients look forward to their next appointment just to see her again. She loves to run for the ball or a plastic bottle and brings it back to me, that’s how she gets lots of exercise in the back yard, we went for her first walk a few days ago and she was so good and so interested in everything around her but when we got home she collapsed on her matt and fell asleep. Now that she had her vaccination,
Sunday I’m going to take her to her first competition of petanque, that normally runs all day we’ll see how we goes. Well that’s it , we will start her training in the next week or so. She has become my shadow every where I go she follows I am her favorite person even when my daughter plays ball with her after a few minutes she brings the ball to me. I love her to bits and I think she is going to be a great companion. I will be sending you more photos as she gets bigger.
Thank you for sending me such a beautiful girl
Kind regards
Lolita
